The process is simple! Complete our online In, Up & Out Employment & Training Program Application here.
The program fills up quickly, so if you are not selected during our current application opening, you will be waitlisted until our next opening and will be contacted during that time. However, not all applicants are accepted to our program and conditions apply.
Please note, Good Foot would like to thank all that apply, however only those selected for an interview will be contacted. If selected, the candidate will hear from us via email within two weeks. All information given will be kept strictly confidential & will not be shared with anyone outside of Good Foot Delivery.
Interview & Skills Assessment
COVID-19 Protocols: Interviews will remain in person, with all safety considerations in place, due to the hands on nature of the Courier role.
At this time, approved candidates will begin their training virtually on Zoom, before joining their Training Facilitator in the field, while fully masked and physically distancing.
If you are uncomfortable attending our program in person, including training and working independently as a Courier, at this time, but would still like to be considered for the program at a later date, please indicate this preference in your application. Your application will be put on hold until you feel comfortable attending to the program in person.
If selected, the participant will be invited to an interview and skills assessment. This process can take two to two and a half hours. There are two parts of the interview and skills assessment:
- The candidate will complete a mock delivery and take the TTC to a nearby location with one of our Training Facilitators, where they will assess you on a variety of skills
- The candidate is asked a series of interview questions, and are provided a copy of these questions for reference during the interview.
