Do you meet the following eligibility criteria?
I am neurodivergent(Required)
Neurodivergent is an umbrella term to describe differences in brain function. The neurodivergent umbrella includes autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, OCD, down syndrome, dyslexia, dyspraxia and many more. The applicant is not required to disclose any confidential information about their health.

I have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN), and am legally entitled to work in Canada(Required)
I am a youth (between 18 and 30 years of age)(Required)
I am new to the workforce(Required)
New to the workforce might include: 1) experience with internships, either paid or unpaid, 2) less than one year of employment experience, 3) recent graduate
I am able to pass common pre-employment screenings(Required)
e.g. drug test, background check
I have open availability Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm(Required)
I am physically capable of participating in job shadowing shifts where I may be required to carry up to 20lbs, walk for up to 15 minutes at a time, and walk up and down stairs(Required)
I am able to accept feedback and set goals(Required)
I can take any medications I require during the day without help, or I do not take any medications requring help during program hours(Required)
I can manage my hygiene and grooming independently(Required)
I am able to self-regulate and manage my emotions during stressful situations(Required)
I can communicate effectively with coworkers, facilitators, and supervisors(Required)
E.g. greeting, asking for help, light conversation
I can focus in a space with others, work independently, and seek help when needed(Required)
I am able to commit to the program by attending sessions in person(Required)
I am not actively enrolled in any other program funded by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) and will not be enrolled in any other ESDC-funded program during my time in the Good Foot Forward program(Required)
