Program Application
Applications for the Good Foot Forward program are now open, and are scheduled to close on April 8th, 2025.
Due to the nature of the program, and the high volume of participants, not all applicants are accepted to the program. Applicants must meet the program eligibility in order to move forward.
To apply, interested individuals should review our recruitment process below and complete the program application. Individuals who are interested in the program will only be considered if they fill out the below application. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee the applicant’s acceptance.
All applicants will receive an email or phone response from Good Foot within 3 weeks of their initial application submission. Applicants should ensure that they are monitoring their email/phone as timely responses are appreciated for initial interview requests. Due to a high volume of applications, any interview requests that go un-responded for more than 72 hours will be cancelled. We ask for your patience as we review all applications.
Recruitment Process
Part 1. Fill out our online application form at the bottom of this page.
Part 2. Interview & Assessments.
- Intake: Applicants will meet with a member of our Programs team to begin the intake process and get to know the applicant a bit better. We will collect information about the applicant’s preferred learning style, interest in the program and their previous work or volunteer experience. Applicants attend a sit-down meeting with our Programs team where the applicant will be asked a variety of questions that will allow us to assess their knowledge and skill set to determine if this program is the right fit for the applicant.
- Written Portion: Second, selected applicants will complete a short answer questionnaire, involving problem solving, reading comprehension and scenario questions.
- Navigation Assessment: Lastly, participants will be directed to complete a “mock delivery” with an Assessment Facilitator, taking the TTC to a nearby location and back to the office. The applicant will be given an outline of the process including the addresses that they will be traveling to, that they may reference at any time. The Assessment Facilitator will also have this information and can answer any questions the applicant may have.
Please note that being invited to this stage of the recruitment process does not guarantee that the applicant is accepted to the program.
Part 3. Complete Program Forms
All applicants will receive notification of their application status. Expect to hear from us within 5-10 business days regarding your application status. Upon acceptance, program forms will be forwarded to you for completion.
Please note that if you are experiencing technical difficulties with the following Program Application, we ask that you first ensure that you have filled out all of the “required” sections properly. If the issue persists, try closing your current tab, opening a new one, and resubmitting the application while carefully completing all required sections.
Should you continue to experience difficulties after completing these steps, please contact us at programs@goodfootdelivery.com, and a member of our team will assist you as soon as possible.
Program Application
This application is for neurodivergent individuals to apply to Good Foot’s employment and training program Good Foot Forward.
We thank all who apply to our program, however given the high number of applicants, we are limited with our ability to provide feedback to those who are not selected to move forward.
