What is Good Foot Forward?
The Good Foot Forward Employment & Training Program offers a hybrid learning opportunity for neurodivergent individuals interested in gaining employable skills and work experience. Participants will learn and engage in an inclusive, supportive environment over the course of our 9 month program in 2 phases. Our aim is to bridge the gap between talented individuals and inclusive employment opportunities.
The first phase introduces participants to essential workplace skills via interactive sessions and job shadowing as couriers, preparing them for future placements.
Phase 2 offers hands-on work experience, partnering with local businesses like yours to implement learned skills and gain valuable employment experience.
