Program Application
Successful applicants will receive an email or phone response within 3 weeks of their initial application submission.
Applicants should ensure that they are monitoring their email and voicemail inbox often as a timely response is requested.
Applicants who do not respond to emails or return phone calls within 3 business days will be considered to have rescinded their interest in the program.
Please Note: Due to the nature of the program and high volume of applications received, not all applicants are accepted.
Applicants must meet the program eligibility in order to move forward.

Please note that if you are experiencing technical difficulties with the following Program Application, we ask that you first ensure that you have filled out all of the “required” sections properly. If the issue persists, try closing your current tab, opening a new one, and resubmitting the application while carefully completing all required sections. Should you continue to experience difficulties after completing these steps, please contact us at programs@goodfootdelivery.com, and a member of our team will assist you as soon as possible.
