Our Impact
While many people across the GTA know us for our 5-star courier service, Good Foot is more than a local delivery business employing neurodivergent and autistic adults. We are a registered charity and social purpose organization dedicated to fostering the growth of neurodivergent and autistic people looking to build both personal and professional skills, confidence, and independence.
Untapped potential
In Canada, only 33% of autistic individuals are employed, compared to 79% of the general population.*
In today’s challenging economic climate, many neurodivergent adults struggle to find stable work, let alone meaningful, fulfilling careers. Too often, hiring decisions are shaped by misconceptions, like the assumption that accommodating autistic employees comes at a high cost.
In reality, the financial implications are usually far less than anticipated and the benefits are significant. Employers who hire from this untapped talent pool report improved performance and productivity, stronger employee engagement and morale, and enhanced brand loyalty.

Good Foot believes in providing opportunities
Over the last 15 years, Good Foot has hired and trained 100+ individuals from the neurodivergent and autistic community. Our Courier service provides meaningful employment and our Good Foot Forward program builds employable skills that further independence, community engagement, and contribute to the overall health and wellbeing of people with disabilities.
In 2025, we employed 27 neurodivergent Couriers, provided job training to 20 Good Foot Forward participants (60% of whom went on to secure employment after the program), and delivered over 900 hours of coaching and support.

Good Foot is making a difference!
Recent evaluation results from our programs have shown:
- Independence: 81% of respondents feel that Good Foot helped them become more independent in their day-to-day life
- Growth: 85% have learned new skills, and 95% have built on existing skills, such as communication, customer service, and problem-solving
- Confidence: 95% feel more confident initiating conversations with others
- Employability: 90% feel more prepared for future jobs, and 75% feel more confident finding the right fit — thanks to the skills they’ve developed through Good Foot.
